Sublimation ink is a unique type of ink employed in dye-sublimation printing. This process consists of printing a design onto a particular transfer paper and then using heat and pressure to transfer that design onto a substrate, such as fabric or ceramics.
When the sublimation ink is heated to a high temperature, it converts into gas and gets absorbed by the substrate. As it cools down, it solidifies, resulting in a durable and vibrant image.

Ans. Once the heat transfer process has been completed, the ink is integrated into the fibers. It is very resistant to water, fading, and cracking, which makes it one of the toughest printing methods you can find.
Q3: Does sublimation ink work on dark-colored shirts?
Ans. No, sublimation ink is clear and does not come with a white ink option. If you print on a dark shirt, the design won’t be seen.
Q4: What is the shelf life of the 5L bulk ink?
Ans. Typically, sublimation ink has a shelf life of 12 months when sealed. Once opened, it is best to use it within 2 to 3 months to ensure optimal color accuracy.
