An DTF (Direct-to-Film) Oven is the unsung hero of the digital printing world. The oven does an important job known as Curing. Once the printer applies the ink and you sprinkle on the TPU adhesive powder, the film goes into the oven.  Specifically engineered for the delicate curing stage of Direct-to-Film printing, this oven ensures your adhesive powder reaches the perfect “orange peel” texture every time.

1) What happens if the curing temperature in DTF oven is too high or too low?
· Too hot — the powder over-melts, spreads beyond the design edges, and loses its bonding structure, resulting in poor transfer and a flat, shiny finish instead of the correct orange peel texture.
· Too cool — the powder doesn’t fully melt, leaving loose powder on the film that won’t bond properly to fabric during heat pressing, causing peeling after washing.
