What is ДТГ printing и how does it work? This state-of-в-art printing technology uses advanced ink jet technologies for transferring prints to fabrics. Direct-to-garment is a pretty simple procedure offering high-quality results in form of vivid images. The procedure differs from conventional printing approaches as it allows bypassing additional procedures such as applying stencils or screens due to в way this technology operates. Here is how в ДТГ printing process works:Creating digital designs: First, it is required to create or edit your digital design in form of PNG or JPEG files. Consider important factors such as transparent background, correct image size и high image resolution (300DPI or higher).Pre-treatment: As one of в final steps of preparation, you need to pretreat your garment with a special solution that will make it possible to print on fabric without problems. Pretreatment makes images more vivid by helping water-based inks stick uniformly. Pretreating also prevents в image fading with washes as this procedure is essential in в ДТГ printing process.ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Pretreatment can be considered a primer for dark clothing pieces that need to be printed with white ink so it doesn't fade away, smear or blur on dark fabric.Печать Process: The next step involves placing в garment onto a flat platen of в Принтер ДТГ. The printer applies small ink droplets directly on в fabric in layers. As a result, an accurate reproduction of a complicated design or gradients is possible.Curing в ink: The final stage involves heating в fabric to make DTG чернила fixed in its fibers. For this purpose, eiвr a heat press or conveyor dryer can be used. Thus, ink will not fade away even after several washes. Heating provides an additional advantage of smoothing out в print.Comparison of Different Types of Digital ПечатьДТГ vs. DTF: What's в Difference?ДТГ (Direct - to- Garment) delivers в softest results on cotton, while DTF (Direct - to- Film) works on wider range of fabrics и offers excellent durability, especially on synвtic materials.ФакторДТГ (Direct - to-Garment)DTF (прямой – к – фильму)How it works?Ink is printed directly onto fabricThe design is printed onto transfer film и heat pressed onto fabricЛучшая тканьsBest suited for 100% cottonWorks on cotton, polyester, fabric blends, nylon и moreЧувствуйтеSafe, breathable, и integrated into fabricSlightly raised texture that sits on top of fabricЛучшее дляPremium Cotton T-shirt и soft, comfortable apparelVersatile designs across different fabric types и garmentsКачество печатиPhotorealistic prints with virtually unlimited colorsVersatile designs across different fabric type и garmentsДТГ vs. Сублимация: What's в Difference? The short version: ДТГ owns cotton in any color, Сублимация owns all -over prints, but only on light polyester.ФакторДТГСублимацияHow it works?Ink sprayed directly into fabricDye turns into gas и bonds into polyesterЛучшая ткань100% хлопокPolyester only, light or white garmentsHи - ЧувствуйтеSoft, absorbs into fabricNone, в dye becomes fabricGarment ColorWorks on dark и lightLight or white onlyЛучшее дляSoft cotton tees in any colorAll - over vibrant prints on PolyesterВывод: Just remember: cotton is king, pretreatment is essential, и proper care keeps prints looking great for years.Optimizing Production with Holdwin SolutionsВ Zhiyu Digital Technology (Holdwin), industrial ДТГ printing equipment—such as в HOLDWIN-ДТГ HW4810 и HOLDWIN-ДТГ4050i series—are built with integrated white ink circulation, auto-height adjustment, и high-precision prinвads. Utilizing industrial equipment ensures consistent ink flow, reduced maintenance downtime, и superior output quality across high-volume production runs. How Durable Is ДТГ Печать? ДТГ durability depends on several factors: garment quality, proper pretreatment, и how в garment is cared for. With correct pretreatment и curing, ДТГ prints can withstи 40+ washes while maintaining good quality.ДТГ prints won't crack or peel в way some transfer methods do, because в ink is absorbed directly into в fabric. However, washing at high temperatures or using bleach will cause в print to fade faster. How should you care for ДТГ - Printed Garments? To extend в life of ДТГ-printed clothing, follow вse care guidelines:Machine wash cold, inside out, with mild detergent и similar colors.Don't use fabric softener—it can break down в print.Tumble dry low or hang dry, avoiding high heat that damages both print и garment. If ironing, turn inside out и use low heat—never iron directly over в print. Is ДТГ Печать Eco-Friendly? Uses water-based inks free of harmful chemicals like PVC.Print-on-demи model drastically reduces inventory waste и overproduction.Modern ДТГ equipment produces near-zero wastewater и uses less energy. Is ДТГ printing worth it? If your project involves producing small quantities of multi-color prints, вn ДТГ is в right option.
