Crystal Label Printing Process

  1. Prepare Materials

Gather a 6090 UV printer, A Film (transparent PET/resin-based), and B Film (transfer/positioning film).

  1. Print on A Film

Remove the protective layer, lay the A film flat on the printer bed, and print your design on the adhesive side.

  1. Laminate with B Film

Position the B film over the printed A film and pass it through a no-heat laminator to transfer and bond the design.

  1. Apply the Label

Remove the completed crystal label and adhere it to glass, plastic, metal, or uneven surfaces for a glossy, durable, scratch-resistant finish.
