How does DTG printing work?

1. Design & Pretreatment

2. Printing

The pretreated fabric is loaded into the t-shirt printer (or dtg printer). The t-shirt printing machine applies the ink directly, creating a high-resolution, detailed print.

3. Curing

Why is Pre-treatment required?

White ink is used as a base layer on dark shirts. Pretreatment is necessary because it helps the white ink stick to the fabric. Without pretreatment, the white ink won’t hold, resulting in faded and blurry prints.
