Modèles d'imprimantes DTG industrielles pour l'optimisation de la production

What is DTG printing et how does it work? This state-of-le-art printing technology uses advanced ink jet technologies for transferring prints to fabrics. Direct-to-garment is a pretty simple procedure offering high-quality results in form of vivid images. The procedure differs from conventional printing approaches as it allows bypassing additional procedures such as applying stencils or screens due to le way this technology operates. Here is how le DTG printing process works:Creating digital designs: First, it is required to create or edit your digital design in form of PNG or JPEG files. Consider important factors such as transparent background, correct image size et high image resolution (300DPI or higher).Pre-treatment: As one of le final steps of preparation, you need to pretreat your garment with a special solution that will make it possible to print on fabric without problems. Pretreatment makes images more vivid by helping water-based inks stick uniformly. Pretreating also prevents le image fading with washes as this procedure is essential in le DTG printing process.NOTE : Pretreatment can be considered a primer for dark clothing pieces that need to be printed with white ink so it doesn't fade away, smear or blur on dark fabric.Impression Process: The next step involves placing le garment onto a flat platen of le Imprimante DTG. The printer applies small ink droplets directly on le fabric in layers. As a result, an accurate reproduction of a complicated design or gradients is possible.Curing le ink: The final stage involves heating le fabric to make Encre DTG fixed in its fibers. For this purpose, eiler a heat press or conveyor dryer can be used. Thus, ink will not fade away even after several washes. Heating provides an additional advantage of smoothing out le print.Comparison of Different Types of Digital ImpressionDTG vs. DTF: What's le Difference?DTG (Direct - to- Garment) delivers le softest results on cotton, while DTF (Direct - to- Film) works on wider range of fabrics et offers excellent durability, especially on synletic materials.FacteurDTG (Direct - to-Garment)DTF (Direct – à – Film)How it works?Ink is printed directly onto fabricThe design is printed onto transfer film et heat pressed onto fabricMeilleur tissusBest suited for 100% cottonWorks on cotton, polyester, fabric blends, nylon et moreSentirSafe, breathable, et integrated into fabricSlightly raised texture that sits on top of fabricMeilleur pourPremium Cotton T-shirt et soft, comfortable apparelVersatile designs across different fabric types et garmentsQualité d'impressionPhotorealistic prints with virtually unlimited colorsVersatile designs across different fabric type et garmentsDTG vs. Sublimation: What's le Difference? The short version: DTG owns cotton in any color, Sublimation owns all -over prints, but only on light polyester.FacteurDTGSublimationHow it works?Ink sprayed directly into fabricDye turns into gas et bonds into polyesterMeilleur tissu100% cotonPolyester only, light or white garmentsHet - SentirSoft, absorbs into fabricNone, le dye becomes fabricGarment ColorWorks on dark et lightLight or white onlyMeilleur pourSoft cotton tees in any colorAll - over vibrant prints on PolyesterConclusion : Just remember: cotton is king, pretreatment is essential, et proper care keeps prints looking great for years.Optimizing Production with Holdwin SolutionsÀ Zhiyu Digital Technology (Holdwin), industrial DTG printing equipment—such as le HOLDWIN-DTG HW4810 et HOLDWIN-DTG4050i series—are built with integrated white ink circulation, auto-height adjustment, et high-precision prinleads. Utilizing industrial equipment ensures consistent ink flow, reduced maintenance downtime, et superior output quality across high-volume production runs. How Durable Is DTG Impression? DTG durability depends on several factors: garment quality, proper pretreatment, et how le garment is cared for. With correct pretreatment et curing, DTG prints can withstet 40+ washes while maintaining good quality.DTG prints won't crack or peel le way some transfer methods do, because le ink is absorbed directly into le fabric. However, washing at high temperatures or using bleach will cause le print to fade faster. How should you care for DTG - Printed Garments? To extend le life of DTG-printed clothing, follow lese care guidelines:Machine wash cold, inside out, with mild detergent et similar colors.Don't use fabric softener—it can break down le print.Tumble dry low or hang dry, avoiding high heat that damages both print et garment. If ironing, turn inside out et use low heat—never iron directly over le print. Is DTG Impression Eco-Friendly? Uses water-based inks free of harmful chemicals like PVC.Print-on-demet model drastically reduces inventory waste et overproduction.Modern DTG equipment produces near-zero wastewater et uses less energy. Is DTG printing worth it? If your project involves producing small quantities of multi-color prints, len DTG is le right option.
