1) How does the heating and drying system work?
The DTF printer uses pre-drying and post-drying stages with rapid, constant-temperature heating. It also features an automatic deceleration system for film cutting to prevent the heated film from shifting or deforming during curing. Re-drying (curing/baking) melts the adhesive powder into the wet ink layer, while post-drying (post-heating) cures the pressed garment to maximize washability and finalize the polymer bond.
