· Use Feed Guides: Install multi-channel position tracks on the 900mm table to keep lanyard strands running parallel without shifting or overlapping.
· Maintain Drum Heat: Set temperature to 200°C – 210°C. Allow the Teflon drum to fully heat-saturate to prevent color variation across lanes.
· Equalize Pressure: Engage the front pneumatic silicone roller for balanced contact force across all active lanyard channels.
· Pre – Dry Ribbons: Run damp polyester stock through the hot press without paper first to remove moisture that causes faded steam spots.
